Apparently we are experiencing recurring telephone line issues in the shop.  For that reason, the telephone and answering machine will be temporarily moved to my home.  Please know that I share in your frustration at the inconvenience, and am evaluating the best coarse of action.  Thank you for your understanding.

A note about the "dreaded answering machine"!
For the safety of every pet visiting the Pampered Pet, the answering machine will generally answer calls while I am grooming.  Taking my focus off a pet for even a split-second could be dangerous!  I appreciate your understanding, and hope that you will leave a message.  Remember to leave your phone number, even if you are a prior client.  If there is a "best time" to return the call, I will make every attempt to do so.

 All grooming is done by appointment, with normal hours between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday.  Occasional Saturday appointments.

 Daycare is available by appointment.
